My background combines about 13 years in property management with a strong interest in technology, web design, business organization, and practical problem solving.

Working in property management and condominium operations has given me firsthand experience with resident and owner communication, competing priorities, detailed information, and the need for systems that people can actually use.
That operational perspective influences how I approach websites. I think about what visitors need to find, what questions they may have, and how the business will manage the site after launch—not only how the finished design looks.
I also have a genuine interest in motorsports, sim racing, media, AI-assisted workflows, and business automation. Those interests help me bring both practical structure and creative energy to different types of projects.
I communicate in English and Spanish and work remotely with clients. My goal is straightforward: help businesses and organizations present themselves clearly and professionally online.
